Our products are digital products. No physical product will be shipped, and no tracking number will be provided.

After successful payment confirmation and order processing, your digital activation code will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

Most digital orders are delivered within a few minutes. In some cases, delivery may take longer because of payment verification, security checks, technical issues, weekends, holidays, or order-review procedures.

If you have not received your digital code within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@lyrastars.com and include:

- Your order number.
- The email address used during checkout.
- The date of purchase.
- A description of the issue.

Cash on delivery is not available for digital products.
