SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, high order volume, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, carrier tracking information and carrier procedures may apply.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order ships. Tracking information may take 2–3 days to begin showing movement. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
